International growth developer and marketing internship (February - July 2024)

GrowthMedics is a young, dynamic, ISO13485 certified international market development service provider exclusively assisting worldwide medical device manufacturers seeking to expand their international market presence in Europe and the Middle East.
Starting from February, we are looking for an eager, commercially driven growth developer who will be contributing to the sales growth of various medical manufacturers in European markets.
The intern will also support with corporate marketing actvities to assist with more brand awareness of customer growth of our company.

This challenging internship position will allow you to become a professional business development professional and not only in-house, but also attending exciting events such as tradeshows and join for business trips occasionally to further accelerate your business communication skills.
We will offer a monthly reimbursement and extra commissions. You are expected to work from our office in Almelo, the Netherlands, with options to work from home periodically.

Anforderungen
Role of the sales and marketing intern
Conducting market research on specific products and business cases
Preparing and contributing to planning activities
Generating and qualifying prospective customers
Providing sales presentations and CRM management
Researching commercial lead generation platforms such as tradeshows, market data and more;
Managing and executing email marketing automation activities to target prospects;
Managing social media channels such as Linkedin, Youtube and website maintenance in Wordpress;
Designing and developing content such as blogs, videos, whitepapers and more.
Skills and competencies
Speak and write verbally excellent in English, German and preferably another key EU language
commercially driven - calling and presenting comes naturally;
strong communicator - able to communicate and maintain conversations with customers
Time management skills - able to manage several projects
Able to work independently - taking initiative and responsibility
Pro-active, energetic and fun;
Eager to learn;
Affinity for medical is a plus.
