We are looking for an intern in our Berlin office to start at the next possible date.
What we do:
LNE Group is a consultancy made up of public (grant) funding specialists. Our clients include international corporations with a focus on technologies associated with energy, biotechnology, advanced materials, nanotechnology and renewables. In addition to our office in Washington, DC, we have offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh. Our first European office in Berlin opened in 2009 and we soon expect to open offices in Brussels and in London.
Conditions:
The internship is compensated according to an incremental scale:
? 250 EUR in each of the 1st and 2nd months
? 450 EUR in each of the 3rd and 4th months
? 650 EUR in each of the 5th and 6th months
We prefer to award internships for 6 months periods.

Anforderungen
Tasks:
Your activities will support our European office in Berlin. Our aim is to serve our existing customers to find government funding in Europe. Specifically this involves:
? Assisting our Grant Writers in planning, researching and writing
? Finding funding opportunities and programs in Europe
? Identifying the funding needs of our various clients and seeking grants to meet those needs
? Identification of possible customers
? Assisting in data collection and maintaining databases
? Developing and executing marketing approaches
Requirements:
? Native speaker in one of the following languages: Finnish, French, German or Swedish
? Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with conflicting deadline pressures and competing priorities
? Superior verbal and written communication skills
? Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
? Detail oriented
? Be aggressive and enjoy challenges
