As Junior Analyst - Public Relations and Communication, you will support the Junior Public Relations and Communications Manager in developing and implementing Direct HR Public Relations and communication strategy. Your scope of responsibilities will include the following areas:
Support the development and implementation of the corporate marketing and communication plan and strategy
Create and deliver innovative ways to communicate with customers and candidates through offline and online media
Be responsible for content development and writing for electronic, print media and company website
Ensure high quality content and consistent message with underlying editorial guidelines
Coordinate the information dissemination
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners
Be responsible for media relations in order to support the initiatives of the company within identified markets
Be responsible for media monitoring and tracking
Anforderungen
Bachelor degree, degree related to Public Relations, Communications, Journalism
or Marketing preferred
Solid and successful experiences in Communications or Public Relations
Demonstrated success of implementing media campaigns including social media
A high level of competence with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent English writing and verbal skills and effective and efficient communication ability
Fluent in spoken and written English, native English speaker and fluent spoken and written third such as German, French, Spanish or Chinese is a plus
An outgoing personality and able to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
