The Offshoring Institute is an independent and objective research association which conducts studies, research, and consulting on global location selection criteria for the BPO, service and IT industry. It also supports the selection process of service providers. The Institute was founded in Berlin, Germany in 2006 in order to address the urgent need for reliable location data and service provider selection in the service industry.
