Tasks:
- Work closely with the resources allocated to projects in order to have an updated workload on a daily base.
- Update the projects activities using excel.
- Work closely with the planning manager in order to produce accurate reporting.
- Revenue Backlog tracking and update.
Purpose / Summary of key responsibilities:
The primary role is to support the Planning Manager to produce reporting related to resources workload and revenue figures in Europe.
In particular the Trainees is responsible to contact daily the resources allocated to projects in order to update the project and revenue status.

Anforderungen
Profile:
- First job experience;
- Good knowledge of Office especially excel, Internet and databases;
- Written and verbal ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong time management skills;
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines;
- Work both independently and as part of a team;
- High Level of professionalism and integrity;
- Self-motivated;
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written are required.
