FLO-CERT GmbH currently has an internship vacancy in its Technical Services Department for a service driven and energetic new intern with an interest in Quality Management and FAIRTRADE:

TITLE

Praktikum / Internship Quality Management (m/f)

FUNCTION
The Quality Management Intern will assist the Quality Manager at FLO-CERT with the execution of administrative tasks.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 Assist in the process of document control
 Assist with regards to quality control measures
 Assist with the process of Quality Improvement
TASKS
 Administer the document control system
 Proof-read QM documents
 Assist in the data acquisition for quality checks
 Administrate Quality Improvement Software
 Maintain Quality Management Introduction Manual
REPORTING TO
 Quality Manager

Anforderungen

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary:
 Fluency in English
 Quick solution-finder
 Able to work independently
 Service-oriented personality
 Interest in Quality Management
Advantageous
 Fluency in Spanish and/or French
 Experience with document control systems



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 Time Share: Fulltime
 Duration: 3 ? 6 months
 Start as soon as possible
 Position is based in the FLO-CERT Office in Bonn, Germany
 Internship allowance: 300 ? per month
 The office language is English
 Officially enrolled at an university for the entire period of the internship
