You will work in the Sales department as assistant of the Market Manager Europe or assistant of the Market Managers USA/Canada & FITS. Your normal day work will consist of helping input travel data into our systems, prepare the material like vouchers and welcome letters for clients, organize data of suppliers and clients, and help translating texts from Spanish to English and vice versa.
Depending on your skills you will also help preparing itineraries and quotations, and be in direct touch with clients in some occasions.
The work takes place at our office in Santiago de Chile. It is an ?in-doors job? although the working atmosphere is very friendly and far more entertaining than conventional companies office work. We work hard to get our job done in a flexible and open-minded environment.
Anforderungen
You need to have the following skill/talents: - You speak/write/read fluent English and Spanish - You study / studied tourism or a related career. - Computers are your friends and Microsoft office your best friend. - You are open minded and like team-working schemes.
