COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
German owned group based in China for over 30 years, engaged in four key activities:
- Manufacturing of high-end garments
- Sourcing services for textile and various non-textile products
- Business support services
- Consulting services
DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare and maintain office operating and filing system for the chairman of the board office
- To organize meetings for immediate supervisors, and maintain a sufficient meeting record of business & administration
- To prepare and maintain efficient daily correspondence with business partners globally
- To facilitate English studies of junior office staff
- To assist the Human Resource & Development Manager in the organization and implementation of other company-based educational projects
- Translation between German and English for the management
- To maintain the orderly standard within the office environment
LOCATION: Ningbo, Shanghai

Anforderungen
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- NATIVE German speaker
- Proficient language skills in English (written and oral)
COMPUTER/ EDV SKILLS:
- Computer literacy with particular emphasis on Microsoft Windows and Office applications
OTHERS:
- Professional business behavior for international surroundings
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- An effective and efficient communicator
