    Are you looking for a challenging 6 months paid internship in the booming HR industry in China? Then the Recruitment Assistant program at Direct HR in China might be exactly what you are looking for.

    Recruitment Assistants at Direct HR support the Account Managers in their daily duty. To fulfill this function you have to be able to conduct the following tasks:

    - To attract, search and select suitable candidates for positions in China
    - Identify channels to market the position to potential candidates
    - Marketing of the position via identified channels
    - Approaching relevant universities and organizations
    - Screening of candidate profiles for the position
    - Telephone interviews and supporting management in the final selection
    - Support the Account Managers in the day-to-day client relationship management

    You are:
    - An effective and efficient communicator
    - Proficient in English, speaking and writing
    - An outgoing and assertive personality
    - Able to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
    - Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
    - A university graduate, preferably with a Bachelor degree in English, business studies, marketing, or economics
    - A bit experienced in recruitment (e.g. through an internship) in a business-to-business environment
    - Proficient working with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the internet
