Calling all international interns!
Cactus Language is one of the world?s leading language training companies. With a team of around 40 people worldwide and offices in Brighton and New York, it?s a dynamic, exciting and friendly place to work. We are on the lookout for new interns to support our busy Sales Teams and successful candidates will receive the following training:
- Customer service experience in an English-speaking environment, including answering customer queries by email and phone
- Training about our wide range of language and travel courses worldwide
- The chance to work with, and learn from, a variety of international experts in languages, travel, education and marketing
- Training in general administrative duties including processing payments and updating databases
- Marketing promotion including attendance of industry fairs and events
- Quality Management training to comply with ISO 2001
- And finally, the chance to make new, international friends in a fun and inspiring atmosphere.
Anforderungen
Customers can be from anywhere in the world so an ability to communicate with people from many different cultures and backgrounds is essential. Applicants should be keen to learn, flexible and willing to offer a high level of customer service.
Good spoken and written English and one other European language essential.
