Skills & Experience Required
? Bi-lingual Language skills: German and English
? Spoken and written language skills to native standard (including business correspondence)
? Experience of Windows 2000, specifically Word & Excel
? Working in an inbound call centre supporting enquiries regarding well known brands
? Handling native language customer calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
? Problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
? Demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in performing daily job functions
