The China Outbound Tourism Research Institute offers information, analysis, publications, consulting, advise and coaching for destinations and companies interested in the biggest Asian source market in international tourism - China.
We are looking for
1 Intern (m/w)
starting 25. October 2010 for our location in Heide/Holstein
As an intern at COTRI you will
? Learn the way a university-based research institute functions.
? Get involved in further development of COTRI?s research projects.
? Develop your PR and marketing skills.
? Be part of an international team working with international partners and customers.
Your main task as an intern will be
Developing and enhancing COTRI products and services by working in specific training and consulting projects, such as COQ Label, PATA-COTRI Series, COTRI workshops and training programmes.
The duration of the internship is at least 4 months.
Anforderungen
We expect our interns to have:
? independent, creative and responsible work ethic,
? very good English knowledge written and spoken,
? good communication skills,
? good knowledge of MS Office software and
? strong team spirit and put their skills into practice.
Desirable but not mandatory qualifications are
? existing practical experience and knowledge in and about China,
? basic knowledge of the Chinese language, written and spoken
? existing practical experience gained from a previous topic relevant
profession or internship, as well as completed basic studies
in a tourism-oriented program.
