Back office support:
Back office involves IT support, maintenance of the software used for processing of company?s information (e.g. IVVR database). Support of all departments within the company, coordination and record keeping of the company?s transactions.
Details:
? Participation in projects for improvement of the existing infrastructure
? Assistance in daily business support
? Updating master data with the IVVR program
? Assistance in translations (English, German and Spanish)
? Administration of contracts and users database
? Cooperating with the informatics department in Germany
? Working hours: 9am-2pm 4pm-7.00pm (2 hours lunch break)
? A full-time internship opportunity (40h/week)

? Experience in the insurance and car sector is an advantage
