Job Description-Language Expert
Isango!, a UK based online travel start-up which is a Destination Services (activities/tours/excursions) consolidator ?specialising in selling the ?purpose of the journey? online and enabling customers to understand a destination better, find all they can do at their chosen destination, and also aggregate those activities under one roof to enable pre-booking at attractive prices, a one stop shop providing compelling inventory and inspiring content for travel experiences.
SKILL SET:
? Graduate caliber
? Excellent Verbal and written English and German communication
? Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
? Minimum 6 months of experience.
ROLE:
? Attending to customer queries through emails and phones.
? Processing bookings by speaking with suppliers and tour operators and sending confirmations to customers.
? Assisting in the effective functioning of the Customer Support Team
? Utilise your existing product and destination knowledge to provide and assist with consumer queries to increase conversion levels.
? Prevent cancellations by speaking to customers, understanding the problem areas and providing solutions to them
? Cross and up-sell to continuously contribute to the business of the company
? Be the ambassador of Isango! brand, and strive to provide customer delight whenever dealing with them.
